Napoli will be looking to sell Victor Osimhen for a transfer fee of around €100million, with Arsenal emerging as a prominent candidate to land the striker.
Today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Napoli have identified Armando Broja as a replacement for the 23-year-old Nigerian marksman.
Broja, currently on loan at Southampton from Chelsea, has shown some glimpses of brilliance, having scored six goals from 29 Premier League appearances this season.
The 20-year-old is considered a perfect option to replace Osimhen, with the latter intending to play in the Premier League next season. Arsenal have already started making contacts through intermediaries.
Broja will return to Stamford Bridge following his season-long loan spell at Southampton. The striker has a contract at Chelsea until June 2026.
