Newcastle United are expected to make contact with Napoli for Victor Osimhen, with Manchester United also interested in the striker.
Journalist Daniele Longo has reported that Aurelio De Laurentiis is ready to listen to offers that can break through the wall of €100 million euros. An important figure that can only be paid by Premier League clubs.
Osimhen has not asked for a sale from Napoli and he is happy at the Naples-based side. So it is stated that his future could be in the hands of Aurelio de Laurentiis, who will decide which offer is good enough for the club to sell their Nigerian asset in the summer.
The Premier League carries a certain amount of charm for Osimhen, with Man Utd said to be satisfied with his profile as a striker. A real offer has not been made by United but they are certainly interested. Arsenal have also been linked with the striker.
As for Newcastle, they see Osimhen as a top choice for a striker’s role next season and the club is expected to make contact with Napoli to understand the potential of an operation and the money that would be needed.
