OFFICIAL | Aaron Ramsey leaves Juventus

Aaron Ramsey has now left Juventus following the termination of the Welsh midfielder’s contract.

The ex-Arsenal man had joined Juve on a free transfer in the summer of 2019 and while he played under three different managers in Max Allegri, Maurizio Sarri and Andrea Pirlo, his stint at the club was ravaged by injuries.

The Bianconeri have posted on Twitter the official announcement regarding Ramsey’s exit, with the player’s contract now terminated. Previously, the midfielder’s entourage and the club were struggling to reach an agreement over the terms of the compensation but the deal has now officially been terminated.

Ramsey’s time at the club was plagued by injuries, as he made 69 appearances and contributed to 12 goals. He spent the second half of the previous season on loan at Rangers but that spell was also disappointing. He played in the Europa League final but missed a decisive penalty in the penalty shootout loss to Eintracht Frankfurt.
