Paris Saint-Germain will launch a new offer for Interโs Milan Skriniar. But Simone Inzaghi is against the idea of offloading the defender this summer.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, PSG will submit a fresh bid of around โฌ70 million for Interโs star centre-back Milan Skriniar.
An offer of โฌ70 million might not match Interโs asking price but is still considered an acceptable figure. The report understands that the Italian clubโs asking price for the defender stands at โฌ80 million.
PSG have been chasing the Slovakโs services all summer. But it has been reported in recent times that the defender could end up extending his contract at his current club.
Simone Inzaghi appears to be displeased with the prospect of losing the 27-year-old ahead of a crucial 2022/23 campaign. Therefore, he could attempt to block a potential transfer.
Nevertheless, Inter are on the hunt for another central defender, with Borussia Dortmundโs Manuel Akanji understood to have made the shortlist of the 19-time Serie A champions.
