PSG’s Donnarumma reflects on Italy return as Juventus monitor situation

Current Paris Saint-Germain and ex-Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is said to be reflecting a move back to Italy and Juventus continue to monitor his situation.

La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported that Donnarumma isn’t experiencing good times in France with PSG and Juve are attentive to the goalkeeper’s current situation in Paris. His current contract at PSG complicates the situation, claims the report.

On a five-year deal, he earns a wage of €7 million per season and bonuses take that upto €10 million per season. Juve have kept tabs on him since the summer of 2017 and were heavily linked with him last summer before he went to PSG.

They would have to rely on the Growth Decree rules to afford the Italian and being in France in 2023 could further help Juve’s cause in that regard.
