Roma interested in Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma

Roma are interested in a move for Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma.

Sky Italia have reported about Roma’s transfer window targets and the situation of Henrikh Mkhitaryan. The outlet claim that Roma are interested in Lille’s Zeki Celik and they are working to move on four players this summer – Carles Perez, Amadou Diawara, Jordan Veretout and Gonzalo Vilar. They are not part of Jose Mourinho’s plans.

To strengthen the midfield, the Giallorossi are interested in Bissouma, who was also previously at Lille like Zeki Celik. But Gianluigi Longari has reported that the problem for the Roman club is the midfielder’s current cost. Apart from Roma, Fiorentina are also interested in Celik.

The report goes on to state that Roma will not make any new contract offers for Mkhitaryan, who now has to leave for Inter or sign the terms already on offer. The Armenian already has a verbal agreemeent on a two-year deal with Inter.
