Roma preparing an offer for Man Utd-linked Paulo Dybala; Napoli interested

Paulo Dybala‘s reported move to Inter has seemingly gone astray, with Roma pushing for the acquisition of one of the most gifted South American footballers.

Transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Roma are preparing an offer for Paulo Dybala. However, he also claims that their overall proposition will be lower than what has been demanded by the player.

Napoli have also joined the race to sign the former Juventus star. But their issue revolves around La Joya’s image rights. Despite those being expensive for Napoli, the Italian club wants complete control over the playmaker’s image rights.

The 28-year-old has not taken a final decision over an imminent transfer and is currently evaluating those two offers. It remains to be seen whether the player would lower his demands to accept Roma’s offer at the start of the next week.

It was claimed previously that Manchester United would sign Dybala only if Cristiano Ronaldo were to leave the English club.

The creative left-footer has been without a club since leaving Juventus as a free agent earlier this summer.

Inter were interested in signing him. But with the Nerazzurri looking to trim their squad, making space for Dybala in their wage bill appears to be difficult.
