Roma pressing for Kamara, move could be done late in the window

Roma are now pressing to sign Boubacar Kamara this month and there is a feeling that the move could be done late in the transfer window.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that Roma are working on the move and the player does not want to leave Marseille on a free transfer and would prefer to leave for a fee. His current cost is at €20 million but Roma are expected to earn an amount similar to that from the permanent sales of Cengiz Under and Pau Lopez to Marseille themselves.

Relations between the two clubs are also excellent and with Gonzalo Villar having gone to Getafe, Roma could fix the midfield with Kamara.

Roma want to beat the competition as soon as possible, with Milan, Barcelona, Newcastle United and Man Utd also interested.
