Selling three players appearing to be difficult for Juventus

Juventus will look to strengthen their squad in the summer. But firstly, they need to offload some players to accumulate the transfer funds.

La Gazzetta dello Sport report that there are doubts over the futures of Arthur Melo, Alex Sandro, and Adrien Rabiot in Turin. But selling them all in one summer transfer window could be difficult for Juventus, owing to their collective salary of around €20million.

The report suggests that Alex Sandro, who has a contract at Juve until June 2023, has lost the influence he previously had, whereas the Frenchman, despite not performing extremely well consistently at his position, has continued to carve out a place in the team on a regular basis.

Like Alex Sandro, Rabiot is bound to the Old Lady’s terms in Turin until June 2023. Meanwhile, Arthur’s contract keeps him at Juve until June 2025. The club has reportedly decided to part ways with the former Barcelona midfielder this summer, with the 36-time Serie A champions intending to reinforce their midfield department.
