Serie A giants Juventus make contact for Sassuolo’s Davide Frattesi

Juventus have established first contacts with Sassuolo for midfielder Davide Frattesi as the Bianconeri continue exploring options to strengthen their midfield.

According to a report from Gianluca di Marzio, Juventus wants an attacking midfielder who can operate from the inside on a consistent basis and the name of Sassuolo’s Davide Frattesi tops the list.

Apart from Juventus, other Serie A clubs like Milan and Roma have already contacted the club to weigh the move’s feasibility — the Rossoneri have attempted a run at the player as they hope for a one-year loan deal with the option to buy at the end of it but nothing is official as of now.

The report also claims that the Bianconeri currently have PSG’s Leandro Paredes on their mind. Still, their quest for bringing in a new centre-operating midfielder has made Frattesi a top target and it will be a race against Milan in order to secure the 22-year-old’s services.
