With the winter transfer window quickly approaching, both Juventus and Roma have set their sights on an exciting Spanish prospect.

According to reports from Italian news outlet Calciomercato, the pair of Serie A giants have shortlisted the promising attacking midfielder from Real Betis Rodri Sanchez as a potential target in January.

So far this season, the 22 year-old has tallied a goal and an assist in ten appearances for the Spanish outfits across all competitions. With the Spaniard establishing himself within the Real Betis’ starting eleven, his impressive displays have attracted the interest of both Allegri and Mourinho.

With the two clubs gasping for creativity and flair within the midfield, it remains to be seen whether the Italian clubs will chase after the €7m midfielder, whose contract expires in 2026.
