Spezia midfielder Giulio Maggiore interests teams in La Liga and in the Premier League this summer.
Maggiore had been a regular for Spezia under Thiago Motta last season and according to sources contacted by Get Italian Football News, he does interest clubs in England and Spain. Not just that, but clubs in Italy like him as well.
As things stand, Maggiore’s objective is to grow in his career at Spezia or even elsewhere. There is a feeling that the Italian did grow under the tutelage of Motta, but his current deal runs out in the summer of 2023 and there is a risk of Spezia losing him on a free transfer. But the club is about to discuss terms over a new deal soon, now that the campaign is over.
The 24-year-old, who has been linked with both clubs in Italy and England already, made 35 appearances last season and contributed to four goals.
