Torino president on Andrea Belotti: “He may have already signed with someone.”

Torino president Urbano Cairo has confirmed that Andrea Belotti’s contract will expire in the summer and he may already have an agreement with another club.

Belotti was linked with a move to Newcastle United in January and it has been reported that the Italian wants to join Milan, but the Rossoneri are close to sealing the deal for Divock Origi.

Cairo spoke about Belotti and he told TMW: “Belotti’s contract expires. He may have already signed with someone. Let’s say that he was free to sign with someone from the 1st of February onwards and theoritically, he could have done so. Disappointed? I no longer talk about this.”

Belotti has endured an injury prone campaign for Il Toro this season and the striker rejected an attempt from the Middle East in January as well.
