Premier League giants Tottennham are expected to speak to Serie A outfit Fiorentina regarding midfielder Sofyan Amrabat.
The Morocco midfielder has been very impressive in the World Cup and he has been one of the tournament’s best players so far. La Repubblica have reported that a lot of clubs are keeping an eye on the situation of the midfielder and Tottenham are the most interested side right now.
Fiorentina believe that Amrabat is non-transferrable in January unless a club offers about €55 million next month. But Spurs are ready to speak to La Viola to understand more about the potential margins of negotiations, even though the player’s priority would be a move to Spain.
Even in January of 2022, Spurs had tried to sign Amrabat and they seemed keen. But they ended up signing Rodrigo Bentancur, who is flourishing under Antonio Conte this season.
