Adrien Rabiot all but set to sign new Juventus deal

Midfielder Adrien Rabiot now seems all but set to sign a new deal at Juventus, despite recent links with Manchester United.

It was reported yesterday that United made contact for Rabiot but Corriere dello Sport went on to state that he has already signed a new deal with Juventus.

Gianluca di Marzio, who has never mentioned about United’s reported interest in Rabiot, now reports that the Frenchman signing a new deal with the Bianconeri is very close. Juve were fairly optimistic about a positive decision in their attempts and that could soon happen.

Only the last few details are left to be sorted out for the signing of the deal, with Rabiot to sign a new one-year contract. Parties are very close to a signature, with the 28-year-old having been one of Juve’s most important players last season. He scored eight goals and got four assists in 32 league games, while scoring three goals between the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League.
