Premier League side Aston Villa are working on a deal for former Roma and current Galatasaray star Nicolo Zaniolo.
Zaniolo has already been linked with moves to the Premier League over the last six to eight months and this time, it is Aston Villa who seem keen on him. Fabrizio Romano has reported that the English side are working on a deal for the Italy international, who joined Gala from Roma in January in what a turbulent saga.
Zaniolo is currently one of the top names on the Villa shortlist, with sporting director Monchi having worked with him during his time at Roma and he had brought Zaniolo to the club in a deal which involved Davide Santon and Radja Nainggolan. Villa will soon have talks with Gala for a move.
Juventus have been linked with a move for the Italian but haven’t been able to find the finances required to sign him, with the player having a release clause in his current deal with the Turkish club.
