Atalanta make offer for West Ham’s Gianluca Scamacca

Serie A side Atalanta have now put forward a considerably significant offer for West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca.

While Inter recently made an offer for the striker and they ended up increasing it amidst interest from La Dea, the Bergamo based side have come in for the player.

La Gazzetta dello Sport state that Atalanta are paying over €30 million for the Italian striker and it is much more than what Inter were offering to the Hammers for the striker. And Inter do not want to indulge in an auction for the player, with Atalanta able to afford that fee because of the sale of Rasmus Højlund.

La Dea are offering 30 million plus a resale percentage to West Ham in their move and while Scamacca would prefer Inter because of the Champions League, the gap in fee could change the scenario and potentially sway the 24-year-old into joining Atalanta instead of INter.
