Serie A side Mitchel Bakker are now set to seal their move for Bayer Leverkusen left-back Mitchel Bakker.
Sky Italia have confirmed what the other outlets in Italy have reported, stating that La Dea have now all but sealed the deal for the Dutchman. They are set to beat Werder Bremer in the race and until yesterday, it seemed as the German side was going to sign the ex-Paris Saint-Germain star.
Atalanta will sign the left-back on a permanent basis and they will pay €10 million to Bayer Leverkusen for the move. He will undergo a medical with La Dea tomorrow and he will then sign a four-year deal with the Bergamo-based side.
The 23-year-old will arrive at the club with Sead Kolasinac, a move for whom is also sealed by Atalanta despite the fact that both of them play the same position.
Bakker played 28 Bundesliga games last season, scoring thrice and assisting twice.
