Atalanta would welcome Amad Diallo in Manchester United’s Rasmus Højlund move

Atalanta would be happy with having Amad Diallo in a potential deal involving Rasmus Højlund from Manchester United.

The Red Devils have already had an offer rejected by Atalanta for the Danish striker but once they seal their move for Andre Onana, they would likely focus on a move for the young forward.

TuttoAtalanta state that Amad, who grew up in the Bergamo-based club’s youth academy, still interests La Dea and they would welcome the idea of United including him in a move for Højlund.

Amad has made only a limited amount of appearances for United but impressed in a loan spell at Championship side Sunderland. He scored 13 times for the Black Cats, racking up three assists and the spell came after a disappointing loan stint at Rangers.

United are soon expected to make another offer for Højlund and while wild speculation in England has stated that Mason Greenwood could be part of the move for the Dane, nothing of that sort has been reported in Italy despite La Dea’s liking for the Englishman.
