Atalanta’s Rasmus Højlund pushing for Manchester United switch

Atalanta striker Rasmus Højlund is keen on a move to Premier League giants Manchester United and he is said to be pushing for a switch to Old Trafford.

United have had an offer for the Danish striker rejected already this summer but there is an expectation that they will return with a new approach soon.

Alfredo Pedulla has tweeted that the 20-year-old starlet is pushing for the move. This comes after it was reported by the journalist that a second offer from the Red Devils is soon to be made but the Old Trafford-based side will be doing that they seal a move for Inter goalkeeper Andre Onana.

Højlund is said to have been a United supporter as a child and he had an admiration for Cristiano Ronaldo. Last season, he scored nine times and racked up four times in the Serie A, while having played 1834 minutes. It was only his first season at La Dea.
