Borussia Dortmund’s Jayden Braaf close to joining Serie A side Verona

Serie A side Verona are close to securing a loan deal for Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund’s youth forward Jayden Braaf. 

According to a report from Sky Italia, the Netherlands born forward Jayden Braaf, who currently plays for Borussia Dortmund’s youth ranks in the third-tier of the German Bundesliga is expected to be a Verona player in the next few hours.

The 20-year-old has already spent some time Italy after coming to Udinese on loan from Manchester City, and now he is set to return in I Gialloblu colours on a season-long loan deal. Verona are just one step away from putting to pen with Braaf as negotiations are in advanced stages between the clubs involved.

Jayden Braaf made his Serie A debut on 28 February, 2021 with Udinese in a 1-0 win over Florentino and scored his first goal against Benevento in a 4-2 win on 25 April, 2021. He has represented the Dutch at U-15s, U-17s and U-18 levels.
