Bournemouth seal deal for Sassuolo’s Hamed Traore

Bournemouth are now set to sign Sassuolo’s 22-year-old star Hamed Traore and a fee has been agreed regarding a move.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Bournemouth are set to pay around €30 million for the services of the player, who will arrive on a permanent transfer on deadline day. The fee will include bonuses and the final details of the move are now being sorted out.

The deal is now about to close, with the player set to join tomorrow. This comes after Marco Conterio had stated that the Cherries were set to make a move for the Ivory Coast player and they see him as an alternative to Nicolo Zaniolo, who has refused a move to the Vitality despite the club’s bid having been accepted by Roma.

Hamed is the brother of Amad Diallo Traore, who is currently on loan from Manchester United at Championship side Sunderland. Both of them could be playing in the same division once again next season.
