Premier League outfits Brighton are just one step away from signing Fiorentina defender Igor Julio.
According to a report by Lorenzo Lepore, negotiations seemed to have reached a conclusion as Brighton are ready to exchange documents with Fiorentina for completing the signing of Igor.
The final details regarding the deal are set to be arranged as the defender is expected in England on Monday to sign an official contract with The Seagulls.
The Viola could earn a figure of around €15 million to €17 million from the sale, per a previous report.
It is predicted that the 25-year-old fell out manager Vincenzo Italiano’s plans for the season and that is the reason behind this transfer to the Premier League.
Igor has fared well for Fiorentina since joining them from SPAL and has been a regular on the starting eleven for the last two seasons.
The Artemio Franchi dwellers are simultaneously working with Manchester United to materialise the transfer of Sofyan Amrabat, another top name on the team sheet for the Italian club for the past seasons.
