Fiorentina’s Sofyan Amrabat rejects Liverpool in favour of Manchester United

Serie A side Fiorentina want €30 million to sell Manchester United target Sofyan Amrabat this summer.

It was reported last night that Amrabat would like a move to Old Trafford after contact took place between the Red Devils and the Moroccan’s entourage yesterday. Amrabat also returned to training yesterday, after having taken some extra days off.

Corriere della Sera today state that Amrabat has now agreed to join United this summer. In fact, the Morocco international turned down Liverpool as the Anfield-based side had come forward for him in recent days and he prefers heading to Old Trafford.

Fiorentina want a fee of €30 million for the 26-year-old this summer and as things stand, United are waiting to seek a discount from La Viola and are also waiting to complete some sales of their own before proceeding with a move. Anthony Elanga seems to be on the verge of heading to Nottingham Forest and the same applies for Dean Henderson, who was loaned out to the club last summer.
