Former Juventus wing-back Juan Cuadrado is on the verge of joining Inter but the clubโs ultras want to have a meeting with the Colombian soon.
La Repubblica state that while Curva Nord had initially planned a protest against the Nerazzurriโs incoming move for Cuadrado but that didnโt take place as initially scheduled. But the Curva Nordโs represents did speak to Inter about their concerns over the signing of the ex-Juve man.
The ultras had concerns about Cuadradoโs behaviour against Inter, with the most recent episode coming in the Coppa Italia after which the wing-back was handed a suspension. Cuadrado had punched former Inter captain Samir Handanovic and that didnโt go down well with the Curva Nord.
But they have, after a meeting with Inter, have understood what Cuadrado will offer tactically and have dropped the opinion that โPanitaโ shouldnโt play for the Nerazzurri. They have now requested to have a face-to-face meeting with the ex-Fiorentina star as they want to make the clubโs values clear to him, with the veteran expected to undergo a medical tomorrow.
