Juventus star Federico Chiesa is said to be unhappy and frustrated with life under Bianconeri boss Max Allegri.
Giovanni Albanese has reported about the ex-Fiorentina star’s situation, stating that the relationship between Allegri and Chiesa has never blossomed despite the fact that there has never been controversy involving them. The injury faced by Chiesa not too long ago was an issue, but other hinderances are technical and tactical in nature.
There are two issues at hand. Allegri has this belief that Chiesa is not consistent and he often drops his performances during specific games. He wants the Italian to be more consistent and get rid of this problem.
But the second problem is much more problematic and it pertains to Chiesa’s belief that he does not play at his best at wing-back. Allegri’s insistence on playing the 3-5-2 means that Chiesa has to either play at wing-back or as a second striker and the player feels that it doesn’t suit his profile. He wants to play regularly as a winger, but that can’t happen under Allegri.
English clubs like Chiesa, whose entourage has indicated to Juve that they will want high figures to sign a renewal. It seems likely that the 25-year-old departs this summer.
