Juventus are gaining confidence in a possible one year contract renewal of Adrien Rabiot. The French midfielder’s current deal is expiring soon, but he might stay in Turin a little bit longer.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Adrien Rabiot staying at Juventus is becoming more and more of a possibility. The transfer expert says there’s optimism of the 28-year-old Frenchman extending his current deal for one more year. That means Rabiot will have the same salary as he does right now (€7 million). The agreemeent is very close at the moment.
Rabiot was one of Juventus’ star performers in a nightmare season for the Bianconeri. In 48 matches for Juventus this season, Rabiot scored 11 goals and gave 6 assists. It was undoubtedly his best season in Turin since joining from Paris Saint Germain back in 2019.
Manchester United was interested in Rabiot last summer, but in the end, the French midfielder remained at Juventus. Now, with an ending contract, Rabiot wanted to see what offers he would get elsewhere. It seems like he’ll once again stay with the Bianconeri after all.
