Juventus interested in Atalanta’s Teun Koopmeiners

Juventus are interested in Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners and they see the Dutchman as a target for next season.

Carlo Laudisa has reported about Juve’s willingness to strengthen in midfield next season and Koopmeiners is a key target for the summer. While they have encountered problems in knowing the Dutchman’s price, it is stated that his initial valuation is at €50 million and that is currently out of Juve’s budget.

A potential alternative for Koopmeiners is expected to be Morten Hjulmand, who has been followed with great attention by the Bianconeri. But if Koopmeiners does end up finding a buyer, the Lecce midfielder could become a target for La Dea too and they have previously already held talks for the player.

Having said that, Tiago Pinto also wants to bring Hjulmand to Roma and the Giallorossi are also keen on him. They do not want to waste time to close a deal and they would be willing to insert some players in the deal. Premier League and Bundesliga clubs are also keeping tabs on the midfielder and that is why Roma are trying to be quick in sealing their move for the Dane.
