Juventus are interested in a potential move for Federico Bernardeschi, who currently plies his trade with Toronto FC.
La Gazzetta dello Sport state that Juve are looking for a player who can operate wide and in the number ten spot and Domenico Berardi remains the first choice. But due to how much he could cost, Juve will look around for potential Plan Bs and one of those could be Bernardeschi.
The Italian’s return to the Old Lady is more than a mere idea, it is stated, and his profile could rise up the club’s shortlist in the next few weeks depending on the situation. Bernardeschi still has a house in Turin, has excellent relations with many at the club and would gladly return especially just before the Euros in 2024.
Max Allegri has always been appreciate of Bernardeschi’s versatility and he believes that the Italian could be a very handy option, if there is a need for an emergency option in attack.
