Juventus make enquiry about Inter target Carlos Augusto

Juventus are interested in Monza’s Carlos Augusto and have made an enquiry about the wing-back.

The Brazilian has been linked with a move to Inter, who seem keen on him. Marco Conterio has reported that Augusto could be the centre of another battle involving Juve and the Nerazzurri.

The Bianconeri recently asked for information from Monza about the 24-year-old, with both Max Allegri and Cristiano Guintoli said to have a big liking for the wing-back. But before moving for him, Juve would have to arrange some sales but there is a possibility that Samuel Iling Jr could be part of the move for Augusto.

Inter are quite keen on the player too but they too have to make sales to sign him. They are waiting to sell Robin Gosens, who has an agreement with Wolfsburg but the German club are yet to reach an agreement with Inter. But parties remain at work to sell the ex-Atalanta man.
