Lazio are set to sign Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder Djibril Sow and are all but set to seal the signature of the Swiss midfielder.
La Lazio Siamo Noi confirm that the move is set to go through, with the German club set to earn €16 million from Sow’s permanent sale this summer. The midfielder is expected to sign a five-year deal at the Roman outfit and he is expected to earn €2 million per season and it could go upto €2.5 million after potential bonuses.
Sow was quick to give his approval for the move, it is reported, but he is not expected to be Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s replacement. There remains an expectation that Lazio will sign another midfielder to replace the Serbian. Arsenal had also initially tested the waters to sign him and so had Turkish side Galatasaray.
The last few details of the move are expected to be sorted by tomorrow and this will be followed by a medical and the signing of contracts.Â
