Leeds United interested in last ditch move for Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo

Leeds United are interested in making a late move for Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo, who is at the fringes of the project at the Giallorossi.

Daniele Longo has reported that during Roma’s move for Diego Llorente, Leeds had asked them about Zaniolo. While they tested the ground for the player in the morning, they spoke about the player again in the evening and have an approval from the player regarding a move.

The English club intend to offer a loan with the option to buy which becomes an obligation after a certain number of appearances. However, Roma do not intent to make discounts. They want a guaranteed obligation to buy  or nothing.

Roma are happy to sell the player permanently without signing a replacement, as he continues to wish for a move to Milan. Time is running out for the player to leave the club that he seems quite desperate to leave, having left Rome already earlier today after being threatened by Giallorossi fans and gangs.
