Luca Pellegrini could yet join Lazio on deadline day

There is still a possibility of Luca Pellegrini joining Lazio this month, with Juventus willing to make that move happen.

Sky Italia have reported that with Juventus looking to bring Andrea Cambiaso back to the club from his ongoing loan deal at Bologna, the Bianconeri will be happy to make sure that Pellegrini heads to Lazio.

Pellegrini was loaned out by Juve to Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer but he could return to the Old Lady and then move to Lazio, with Mo Fares having accepted the idea of joining Turkish side Alanyaspor this month and give the Roman side the space bring Pellegrini to the Olimpico.

The move is still a possibility on the last day of the window, with the Bianconeri working on bringing Cambiaso back and cutting his loan deal short after the exit of Weston McKennie to Leeds United. His return could depend on Bologna’s move for Giorgios Kyriakopoulos.
