Luciano Moggi under investigation after appearance in Juventus Primavera game

Former Juventus general manager Luciano Moggi is now under investigation after he was spotted attending the Primavera game involving the Bianconeri and Napoli three weeks ago.

Due to his involvement in Calciopoli, Moggi has been barred from attending football matches. La Gazzetta dello Sport report that the federal prosecutor wants to know why that is case and an investigation has been opened into the situation. Moggi’s name was not present on the list of journalists, photographers or cameramen.

The team for the investigation is led by Giuseppe Chine, who had initially recommended a points deduction to Juventus in their capital gains saga. On Wednesday, Gianluca Pessotto, coordinator of the Juventus technical staff, was heard and he spoke at length with Moggi during the day when he came to the Primavera game.

Napoli will also be heard in the investigation as they were responsible for organising the game and allowing Moggi to enter during the game.
