Manchester United have now sealed a move for Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat, who will join the club on deadline.
It is a saga which was ongoing for the last many weeks and Amrabat was waiting for a decisive move from United. But after attempts from United in recent hours, the move is all but done.
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the move is done, with an agreement in place between the two parties. Gianluca di Marzio has also said the same, stating that Fiorentina are bringing in Maxime Lopez as a replacement for the Moroccan midfielder.
The expectation is that it will be an initial loan deal with United having an option to buy, after Fiorentina reduced their price tag. United will pay an initial loan fee of €10 million and the option to buy is set at €20 million plus bonuses of €5 milion once the signing is made permanent next summer.
