Marcus Thuram close to making decision with Milan confident

Marcus Thuram is reportedly close to joining Milan after a long wait of introspection.

According to a report by Daniele Longo, Milan’s patience with Marcus Thuram is set to bear fruit as the Frenchman is tilted to choose the Rossoneri over a potential Paris Saint-Germain transfer.

The son of legend Lilian Thuram, Marcus, understands the first-team role he will get in Italy and will have to wait days for a chance in the PSG.

The Ligue 1 champions have offered the 25-year-old a contract of €7 million with bonuses but Milan won’t be able to reach those staggering heights.

Should he have chosen PSG, Thuram would have made the decision very early and now that he has waited for several days, the news looks favourable for Stefano Pioli’s side.

Samuel Chukwueze is also expected to put pen to paper in the next few days. Still, the arrival of two first-choice wingers will indeed jeopardise the place of Alexis Saelemaekers in the team as he nears a Bundesliga switch.
