Milan have intensified their move for Fenerbahce’s Arda Güler and are now keen on paying the youngster’s release clause.
Alfredo Pedulla has reported today that Milan want to pay Güler’s €17.5 million release clause and are facing strong competition from multiple clubs, as things stand. Despite that, the Rossoneri have come forward for the Turkish star in the last few hours, have intensified contacts and have already explained their project to the 18-year-old player.
They have also spoken to the player’s entourage to know about a potential deal and are hoping for a positive response from his agents. The important steps have been taken already.
Barcelona are also one of the interested clubs in him but as things stand, they are prioritising other players and that includes the likes of Ilkay Gundogan and Marcelo Brozovic.
The 18-year-old played 20 times in the Turkish domestic league, scoring four times and racking up four assists. He played six times in the Europa League, scoring once and assisting once.
