Milan are preparing to make new contact for French defender Evan Ndicka, as Roma continue to be confident about sealing a move for him.
Daniele Longo has reported that Milan’s head of scouting Geoffrey Moncada has arrived at the club’s headquarters today and new contacts are now expected to be made by him for Ndicka. That is expected in the new few hours today and while Roma have the defender’s word, Milan are still trying to hijack the deal.
It has been reported that Roma believe that they have the move in the bag and Ndicka has already agreed to sign a five-year deal with the Giallorossi. The 23-year-old has already left Eintracht Frankfurt, where his contract will run out at the end of June.
He played 30 games in the Bundesliga last season and also made eight appearances in the Champions League, featuring against the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Napoli.
