Milan Skriniar to stay at Inter in January

Inter defender Milan Skriniar is set to stay at the club in the ongoing January transfer window.

Skriniar was heavily linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain last summer but the French side could never meet Inter’s asking price, with the Nerazzurri now looking to hand him a new deal. It was recently reported that Inter have put a deadline for when Skriniar can respond to their latest contract offer and it is their last approach as well.

Sky Italia have now reported that while Inter are still waiting to hear from Skriniar about his response to their new deal offer, the Nerazzurri have decided that they will not sell the Slovakian centre-back this month even if he decides to reject the contract offer.

Having said that, Inter want to know from Skriniar’s end by the end of this month about whether he intends to accept the club’s last contract offer or not.
