Milan are interested in Lazio starlet Luka Romero and are working on a potential move for the 18-year-old.
Romero’s current deal at Lazio expires at the end of this month, with Gianluca di Marzio reporting that the Rossoneri hold an interest in the player. Apart from Milan, some Spanish clubs are also interested in the teenager, who has already trained with the Argentine senior national side.
There seems to be some weight in the story, with Alfredo Pedulla stating that Romero was indeed offered to Milan about a week ago. Daniele Longo has also reported about this, going a step further and reporting that Milan’s move for Romero is actually advancing towards a potential completion.
All of it does suggest that Milan are working on a move for the Mexico-born starlet, who scored one Serie A goal for Lazio last season and played six games under Maurizio Sarri. He is expected to leave the Roman club at the end of this month.
