Napoli’s Kim Min-Jae close to agreeing personal terms with Bayern Munich

Napoli defender Kim Min-Jae is now close to agreeing personal terms with German giants Bayern Munich ahead of a potential summer move.

Kim has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United in recent weeks but it seems as if Bayern are now well in the lead for the South Korean.

Fabrizio Romano has provided a further update on the defender’s situation, stating that personal terms between the 26-year-old and the Bavarian side are close to being agreed. They have already presented the fine elements of their project to the defender recently.

The player is tempted by the idea of playing for Bayern, with the deal said to be accelerating quickly enough. Kim’s release clause is active for the first 15 days of July, with the German side ready to pay it when it activates.

Manchester United remain interested in Kim but they haven’t gone beyond that – contrary to what has been reported already.
