Paul Pogba set for Juventus return next week

Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba will return to action for the club after he picked up an injury in the club’s previous game.

Pogba had played well in the limited action he got against Empoli but he picked up an injury later in the game. He underwent medical tests later, revealing that the injury wasn’t major.

La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TMW) now state that the Frenchman will return to action soon for the club after the recent medical tests showed he will not be out for long.

There is hope that Pogba could return next Saturday but it will come down to a last minute decision from Max Allegri, who would want to avoid any risks. That is because the next few games are quite vital for Juve, as they take on Lazio, Sassuolo, Lecce, Atalanta and Torino and it starts with a game against potential top four challengers in Maurizio Sarri’s Biancocelesti.
