PREDICTED LINE-UPS | Inter v Milan

Inter will step into the field at the San Siro today, knowing that a draw or even a one-goal loss could be enough to take them to their first Champions League final since 2010.

Milan have an uphill task today and that isn’t just because they are 2-0 down on aggregate from the first leg, but because of how their recent form has been. They lost 2-0 to Spezia recently and after that, the team’s players were confronted by the Curva Sud leaders and a host of Rossoneri fans were present at the Milanello to cheer the squad on recently.

Inter are the opposite scale, as they are now level on points in the Serie A table with second-placed Juventus and have a strong chance of finishing inside the top four. They haven’t lost even once since their 1-0 loss to Monza and have beaten Lazio, Roma and the Rossoneri on the way, showing how their form has improved in recent weeks.

The bad news for the Nerazzurri would be that Rafael LeĂŁo is back fit but the Rossoneri lost Ismael Bennacer to a season-ending injury in the first leg. There are now major fitness issues at Inter’s end.

Here is how Sky Italia expect the two sides to line-up today:

Inter (3-5-2): Onana; Darmian, Acerbi, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Calhanoglu, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Lautaro Martinez, Dzeko

Milan (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Thiaw, Tomori, Hernandez; Tonali, Krunic; Saelemaekers, Diaz, Leao; Giroud.
