PREDICTED LINE-UPS | Milan v Verona

Milan play Verona tomorrow in match-week five of the Serie A. Milan have made a strong start to the season with three wins from four.

Their one loss however was beyond embarrassing for fans. A 5-1 loss at the hands of their greatest rivals Inter was enough to have people questioning Stefano Pioli. They followed that up with a 0-0 result in the Champions League against Newcastle in what was a convincing performance.

It’s fair to say that the Rossoneri are under a little bit of pressure, and a win against Verona will certainly help to calm any early worries that fans may have.

As for Verona, they will be looking at this fixture as one that they may struggle to win. They are winless against Milan in their last nine meetings, and have lost seven of those games.

Verona have experienced a mixed start to the season, with two wins, a draw and a loss from the first four games. Their biggest scalp so far has come at home versus Roma, where they ended up 2-1 victors.

MILAN predicted line-up (3-4-3): Sportiello; Thiaw, Kjaer, Tomori; Musah, Krunic, Reijnders, Florenzi; Pulisic, Giroud, Leao

VERONA predicted line-up (3-4-2-1): Montipò; Magnani, Hien, Dawidowicz; Faraoni, Hongla, Duda, Terracciano; Ngonge, Lazovic; Bonazzoli.
