Roma interested in Leicester City’s Youri Tielemans

Roma are interested in the possibility of signing Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans in the summer transfer window.

La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported about Roma’s approach at signing players for free in the summer, stating that while the Giallorossi have sealed their move for Houssem Aouar, they are also making progress in their move for Evan Ndicka from Eintracht Frankfurt, who also interests Paris Saint-Germain.

Tielemans is also a player who interests Roma and Jose Mourinho and his salary is also not out of the Giallorossi’s reach, as things stand. He earns €3 million per season and has already won the FA Cup at Leicester. Roma believe that they can beat competition from other clubs, which includes Juventus. As of now, Roma do not want to induldge into auctions.

When it comes to Ndicka, Roma have already presented a five-year deal to the Frenchman and are waiting to understand if offers from other clubs interest him. If they do, Roma will pull out as they do not want to take part in auctions even on that front.
