Romelu Lukaku and Paulo Dybala expected to start for Roma against Empoli

Roma will be boosted by the fact that both Romelu Lukaku and Paulo Dybala seem likely to start together for them against Empoli later today.

The Giallorossi return to Serie A action as they host Paolo Zanetti’s Empoli at the Stadio Olimpico, but Jose Mourinho’s side will also look to get back to winning ways. They are yet to win even once in the league, having lost to Milan and Verona and having picked up a point from the game against Salernitana.

Injuries and bad form has been a problem for the Giallorossi, who signed Lukaku in the summer and he could only come on from the bench against Milan. Dybala had picked up an injury against Verona, ruling him out of the game against the Rossoneri.

But Sky Italia expect both the Belgian and Argentine to start together against the Azzurri. Evan Ndicka, who hasn’t featured for the club so far, is also likely to make his first start of the campaign in the game, with Rasmus Kristensen also expected to start for the Giallorossi.
