Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has rejected another approach from Saudi Arabia as he remains keen on joining Inter.
La Gazzetta dello Sport have issued an update about the situation of the Belgian, stating that Lukaku has not changed his mind about his future. Emmisaries of the Saudi Pro League are currently in London and they put forward a second offer for the striker, who hasn’t budged from his decision.
He believes that at 30, he still has a future in Europe and finds it too early to move to Saudi Arabia. The second offer was higher than the first one. They offered him a €30 million wage across a three-year period, which is much higher than the initial one but Lukaku wants to stay in the top five European leagues.
He still expects a return to Inter to materialise and while he has been linked with a move to Milan, neither Lukaku nor his entourage are considering a move to the Rossoneri. The ball is back in Inter’s court and they now have to move to seal a move for Lukaku.
