Sassuolo star Domenico Berardi has an agreement in principle with Juventus and he is pushing for a move to the Bianconeri.
Berardi has heavily drawn links with a move to the Old Lady in recent days and Carlo Laudisa has reported that there is an agreement in principle over a four-year deal and that is why the Sassuolo man and his agents are pushing for a move this month.
Contacts between Juve and the Neroverdi are yet to take place, with the Old Lady likely to include players in the deal. Juve are keen on making sure that the costs of the deal remain low. There could be a willingness from Juve’s end to execute a deal which is similar to the one that brought Manuel Locatelli to Turin.
Lazio were also interested in Berardi some weeks ago but the move never materialised. For Juve, it will be important to make sure that the identity of the player inserted in the deal is ascertained, as both clubs have different valuations of those who can be included in the deal – Matias Soule or Samuel Iling Junior.
