Talk of Inter’s agreement with Club Brugge’s Tajon Buchanan branded ‘premature’

Inter are yet to agree any terms over a move for Club Brugge star Tajon Buchanan.

While Dutch outlet HLN reported today that an agreement has been reached by the Nerazzurri for the Canada international, Sky Italia today shed further light on this. They state that the talk about an agreement between the two clubs is quite ‘premature’ especially considering the situation Inter find themselves in.

They are in a top four race and are in the semi-finals of the Champions League, while they also reached the final of the Coppa Italia yesterday. The club is focused on the immediate future and are not looking at the transfer window, even though the club’s management does like Buchanan’s profile. They also deny talk of a concrete negotiation between the two clubs.

Buchanan is known to be a comfortable wing-back on both sides and he can even play as a full-back or as a winger depending on what the need is. His profile is said to be interesting to multiple clubs.
