Premier League giants Tottenham are now considering a move for Juventus’ Dušan Vlahović, with Harry Kane edging close to Bayern Munich.
La Gazzetta dello Sport today state with Kane departing, Spurs would look to sign a striker and they have explored their options already. Romelu Lukaku is someone who is being considered and he is on the shortlist, but Tottenham are being put off by Chelsea’s price tag and there is belief at the club that the Belgian might not fit into the system under Ange Postecoglou.
Mehdi Taremi is also an option and Arsenal’s Folarin Balogun is also on the shortlist despite him playing for the club’s fierce rivals. Gift Orban is also on the shortlist and contact has been made with Genk already. But Vlahović is someone Spurs looked at for a long time last month because at that point, there was a feeling that Kane would leave. But there was later a feeling at the club that the Englishman will stay and Vlahović was then not considered as a target.
But now that Kane is on the verge of leaving, the Serbian has become a concrete target again and his name is back in fashion.
